I purchased a digital product, but I haven't received anything. Where is it?

Look for these emails

Once your purchase goes through, you can expect to receive the following emails:

  • an email from Shopify with a confirmation of purchase and your receipt.
  • If you have purchased a digital product, you will receive a second email including links to download your PDF file(s). This email will come from notifications@fetchapp.com.
  • If you purchased a subscription or qualified for membership in the Brave Learner Home, you will also receive an email containing login instructions.

Check Spam or Promotions folder

Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see these emails in your inbox.

Correct email address?

If you still cannot find them, write to us at help@bravewriter.com, and we will look into the problem.

The most common problems are typos in the email address you entered when you placed the order or a PayPal account that is linked to a different email address than you expect. We will be happy to make any necessary corrections for you.
