      Where do I find my products?

      And how do I access my Brave Learner Home membership?

      Yearlong Subscriptions: Quill, Dart, Arrow, Boomerang, Slingshot

      These are accessed through your Brave Writer account. Look for an email with a link to set your password and login instructions once your purchase is complete.

      Keep in mind:

      • The link is time-sensitive. If it expires before you have a chance to use it, write to us at help@bravewriter.com, and we will send you a new one.
      • If you cannot find this email, look in your spam or promotions folder. If you still do not see it, write to us at help@bravewriter.com, and we will resend them.
      • Subscription issues are released on the first of each month of the (US) school year, August through May. Log into your account monthly to download each new release.
      • We encourage families to save the downloads on their computers for ease of access.
      • Your subscription icon will remain visible in your account through the end of the following school year. Should you need access to these files after that, we are happy to provide it. Write to us at help@bravewriter.com.

      Brave Learner Home

      If you have qualified for a membership to the Brave Learner Home, will access it through your Brave Writer account. Look for an email with a link to set your password and login instructions once your purchase is complete.

      All Other Products

      All other products are sent via links in an email after your purchase is complete. This email will come from notifications@fetchapp.com. If you do not see it shortly after your purchase is complete, email us at help@bravewriter.com.

      This applies to:

      • Individual Quill, Dart, Arrow, Boomerang, or Slingshot titles purchased from the Literature Singles page
      • Growing Brave Writers
      • Jot It Down!
      • Partnership Writing
      • Building Confidence
      • Help for High School
      • The yearlong Early English Literature Collection

      Once you download your products, we recommend saving them to your computer.

      Six downloads are allowed for each file sent. (Keep in mind that every click counts as a download!) If you need more, just write to us at  help@bravewriter.com. We will be happy to resend the files, which will reset your download limit.
